Located on the outskirts of the town of Furore, Villa Eleonora boasts an amazing view over the towns of Praiano and Conca dei Marini. Reachable after a flight of about 90 steps, the villa is divided into two stores with a spacious outdoor area with a pergola provided with tables and chairs, where you can enjoy the sea view among fruit and olive trees. On the ground floor there is a kitchen fully equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher and a five-burner gas cooker, it also includes a dining space with fireplace; a living room with two sofas and TV, and a double bedroom. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms, both with balcony and a wonderful coastline view, a further living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and the laundry area with the washing machine. On the landing between the ground and the first floor, there is a further bathroom with shower. Pets are not allowed. Near the property, about 300 metres, there is a restaurant/pizzeria and a small grocery shop.
