Located in Nerano di Massalubrense, this spacious, disabled-friendly villa (370 square metres) is divided into three levels. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, provided with dishwasher, American fridge, oven and microwave oven and a wine cellar; a living/dining room with a fireplace, a panoramic terrace, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a further double bedroom and bathroom (both bathrooms with shower). The kitchen gives access to a little terrace enriched by a garden; from there you can go to the parking area. On the first floor you find a living room with access to the game area, a bar, a studio with computer and internet connection, a panoramic terrace with a breath-taking view of the seaside and the coastline, a double bedroom with whirlpool Jacuzzi tub, a further double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is a small living room and three bedrooms: two double (one of which with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub), a bathroom with shower and the master bedroom with access to the terrace and the en-suite bathroom as well, including a whirlpool Jacuzzi tub for two people. The floors are tiled with high-quality Vietri ceramic tiles; the terraces are furnished with everything you might need to enjoy your outdoor relax. The large seawater swimming pool is equipped with countercurrent swimming machine and whirlpool area; it is open from 13th April until 12th October. Other amenities in the property include: parking spaces for three cars; laundry with dryer and washing machine; private access to the pebble beach through a flight of 120 steps; air conditioning and heating system, stereo with CD player, satellite TV. Pets not allowed. Disabled can also enjoy their holiday in full relax, as the villa does not have any architectural barrier, neither inside nor outside. From the villa our guests can enjoy the view of the bay between Positano and Sorrento, that can be reached by boat (that can be rented at the beach below the villa) in 40 minutes and 30 minutes respectively; the island of Capri can be reached in just 10 minutes. The villa offers also easy access to several neighbouring towns: Positano and Sorrento can also be reached by car with a few minutes drive, since they are only 15 and 20 km away; Naples and Ravello are 60 km away, Vietri sul mare and Salerno 70 km.
