After a flight of 70 steps, you reach Villa Gisa, which is divided into three double bedrooms, a spacious living room with panoramic window four sofas and a table for 6 guests, satellite TV and enriched by a ceramic floor made of Vietri tiles, two bathrooms (one with tub and one with tub), a toilet, and a kitchen provided with all the necessary equipments and a largeliving room with a terrific view of the sea. From the terraces, our guest can watch the sunset, admiring at the same time the view of the Gulf of Salerno and of the Saracen Tower in Praiano. The house offers all comforts, including air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment annex consists of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower. It excellent position grants easy access to the town of Praiano, just 1 km away, with its shops, grocery stores, butcher’s shop, ATM/cash machines, first aid station, bars and restaurants. The beach in La Praia is only 5 minutes on foot and also offers many typical restaurants, where you can taste the typical Mediterranean cuisine, as well as bars, boat rental service and scuba diving school. The bus stop is near the villa; the public service connect the town with Amalfi (8 km away), Positano (6 km), Ravello (12 km) and Sorrento (20 km). In the property there is the possibility of parking a small car; if necessary, there is a parking available against fee near the villa. If you love walking, there are several tracks to choose among, including the famous “Sentiero degli Dei” (in Italian, “Path of the Gods”), easily reachable from the property.
