The open-space living room is furnished with a dining table for up to six guests and gives access to the second terrace, the perfect setting for your outdoor activities, as it is provided with sun chairs and umbrellas, while the fully equipped kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals: among the others, you can find the fridge, freezer and both microwave and electric oven and a bathroom with toilet. On the ground floor there is a third double bedroom. One of the main features of the property is its versatility: it can be suitable for couples, singles as well as families or groups. Moreover, Villa Niccolo offers several amenities that will make you feel at home: a laundry room with washing machine, ironing facilities, air-conditioning, satellite TV and private parking space nearby. However, finding a parking place along the coast during the summer season can be difficult and expensive, but the public means of transport will easily commute you to the beach all the neighbouring towns. The beach of La Praia can be reached on foot within 15 minutes along a beautiful path carved in the rocks.
