Casa Gialla is the ideal property for those who would like to live in a real, typical fisherman’s house of the Amalfi coast. It belongs to a little complex made of four apartments. Located on the first floor of the building, at the end of just 30 steps, the apartment is made of a double bedroom provided with air conditioning and TV; it also gives access to the balcony furnished with tables, chairs and awning: from there, all that your eyes can see is an amazing view of the coastline and the sparkling blue sea. The property has two bathrooms, one of which en-suite; both are decorated with the typical hand-painted tiles of the Vietri tradition and are provided with a hair-dryer. The house also has a living room furnished with double sofa bed and a kitchen equipped with a gas cooker (4 burners), fridge and an electric oven. A roof terrace, partly covered by a pergola, is the common area shared with the other properties of the complex; fully furnished with table, chairs, outdoor shower and sofa, it allows our guests to relax in the open air while admiring the beautiful flowers all around. The terrace then leads to the garden, planted with scented lemon trees the owner takes personally care of. He also runs a local shop of ceramic items, a tradition of the Amalfi coast that is still being carried on by talented artists. Thanks to the central position of the apartment, the beach of Marina La Praia can be reached with just a few minutes walk on a panoramic road or by shuttle bus (the bus stop is close to the house). In the neighbourhood you can find shops and restaurants. The islands of Capri and Ischia can be reached though the daily ferry connection; other towns nearby are Positano and Amalfi (just 8 km away), Ravello (15 km), Sorrento (20 km) and the famous Pompeii (30 km) with its archaeological digs of the Roman city. The nearest airport is Naples, located 65 km away.
