The bright en-suite bathroom includes an hairdryer and is decorated with hand painted ceramic tiles from Vietri. The kitchen is equipped with gas cooker (4 burners) and fridge. The property shares the spacious roof terrace with the other houses of the complex; furnished with tables, chairs/deckchairs, sofa and armchairs, and decorated by colourful flowers, it is the ideal place to have a drink in the sun or to relax while watching the sunset. There is also an outside shower. Moreover, there are two special features, both kept by the property owner: one is the garden, planted with lemon trees (accessible from the roof terrace) and the other is the ceramic shop selling the handmade ceramic products of the Amalfi coast tradition. In the neighbourhood there is the beach of Marina La Praia, a beach located about 300m from the apartment, reachable either by bus (bus stop close to the house) or by a panoramic road; within walking distance you can also find shops and restaurants to taste delicious fresh fish-based dishes. Praiano allows easy access to Positano and Amalfi (both 8 km away), Sorrento (20 km), Ravello (15 km) and the unique town of Pompeii (30 km). The ferry to the islands of Capri and Ischia leaves daily during the summer, while the nearest airport is Naples (65 km).
