The roof terrace, shared with the other guests of the complex, is partially shaded by a pergola and offers an amazing view of the coastline and of the sea; it is furnished with tables, deckchairs, chairs, sofa, armchairs and outdoor shower; from there you can reach one of the two special features of the property, the garden planted with lemon trees the owner personally takes care of. The second characteristic is the ceramic shop, run by the owner as well, located under the apartments, where you can find all the typical handmade ceramic product of the Amalfi coast – the ideal gift for your family and friends, or to bring home as a souvenir of the beautiful time spent in Praiano. The property lies in an excellent position: located only 8 km from Positano and Amalfi, 15 km from Ravello and 20 from Sorrento, it also offers easy access to the world-famous town of Pompeii (30 km) and to the airport in Naples (65 km). The closest beach is Marina La Praia, just 300 metres away, that can be reached either on foot using a panoramic walk-away, or by shuttle bus (the bus stop is just outside the villa). Daily ferry trips connect Praiano with the islands of Capri and Ischia, while shops and restaurants are all within walking distance from the house.
