Villa Melissa is a two-storey house, located in Praiano, in the Amalfi Coast. After 50 steps you reach the entrance. Typical vaulted ceilings and a mix of new and old furniture are welcoming you. The house comes with a luminous and wide living room equipped two sofas, one table for four people and a television set. Furthermore there is a spacious living kitchen with dining table for four persons, gas cooker, fridge and freezer, electric oven, dishwasher and many other helpful appliances. A double bedroom leading to a balcony with a splendid sea view and a bath with fully enclosed shower complete the ground floor. Up a flight of 12 steps you reach the second floor. Here you find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two twin beds leading to the solarium, a bathroom with fully enclosed shower and a laundry with iron and ironing board as well as a washing machine. The two matrimonial bedroms are air conditioned. From the terrace on the ground floor you have a stunning view of the coastline and the blue sea. The solarium, furnished with sun loungers, sun umbrella and table, is another nice place to relax. A butchery is beneath the house and the closest restaurant is at 300 meters. The local shuttle bus, which stops near to the house will take you to the beach in about five minutes or, if you like, as far as Positano.
