This bright and charming apartment of 70 square meters is located in the centre of Praiano on the Amalfi Coast. The owner renovated it completely in March 2019. To reach it you have to climb just 14 steps. From the two terraces you have an amazing view of the coastline with Positano on your right hand and the island of Capri (according to the weather conditions). The terraces are equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. You enter them either from the bedrooms or from the kitchen. Casa Palma 2 consists of 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom with fully enclosed shower and hairdryer, one kitchen with all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay: gas cooker, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge and freezer, American style coffee maker, kettle, a table for 6 guests, a sofa which unfolds into a double divan bed, a television and many other useful appliances. A second bathroom with fully enclosed shower, hairdryer and a laundry room with iron and ironing board complete the furnishings. You will find the closest grocery at 200 meters, the SITA bus stop at 90 meters and the rocky beach of La Gavitella at 500 meters. The parking space is not suitable for large cars.
