Recently renovated, this elegant building is divided into two independent flats, each with independent access and gardens: one belonging to the owner, who however lives in the apartment only occasionally, and the other for our guests. High quality furnishings will make you feel as if you have never left your own home, as there are also all the appliances to make your stay comfortable: besides the satellite TV and the stereo with CD-player, there is a washing machine and a dishwasher. Your eyes will be wide open with amazement while looking at the blue sea of the Gulf of Salerno from the terraces. A private swimming pool is also available, as well as a parking place in the piazza, for your car. Next to the villa there is also a grocery store. In just fifteen minutes on foot you can reach the pebble beach in Praiano – or you can catch the bus at the bus stop near the house. Bars and excellent restaurant are waiting for you to taste their fish-based dishes. Besides laying on the beach, you can also enjoy a boat trip, a diving lesson or pay a visit in Positano, only 7 km away. Praiano is surely the perfect place to start exploring the beautiful Amalfi coast!
