Located about 4 km from the famous town of Sorrento, in the Amalfi coast, this beautiful villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden and is close to the main road. It can be reached through a flight of about 30 steps and is divided into 3 spacious double bedrooms, provided with a balcony (25 square metres) overlooking the sea, a living room provided also with a double bed, satellite television and internet wi-fi, a fully equipped kitchen with tables and chairs for 8 guests. The kitchen leads to the 60 square metres terrace, furnished with table, deckchairs, motorized overhang and offering a breath-taking view of the island of Ischia, the Vesuvio and the Gulf of Naples. There are also two bathrooms, one provided with shower and the other with bathtub and hairdryer. The villa is enriched also by further amenties: a 70 square metres swimming pool (open from 30th April till 29th October) with outdoor shower/bathroom; a 140 square metres solarium; and a pizza oven/barbeque to prepare delicious meals to taste outdoor with your family and friends on the second, wide terrace (130 square metres) while admiring the Mediterranean sea. In front of the house stands the bus stop; the public means of transport provide an easy connection to the nearby towns of Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento. The ferry boats will take you to Capri and Ischia. The train station is only 4 km away; if you come by plane, the airport in Naples is 60 km away. Other interesting places in the area are Pompeii, 30 km, and the Vesuvio, 48 km.
