The main building is divided into two levels: on the upper floor there are three double bedrooms, a further bedroom with bunk-bed and two bathrooms (one with a large whirlpool shower and the other with tub and shower. The lower floor can be reached by an internal and an external staircase; there is a large, fully equipped kitchen including gas oven and burner, fridge, freezer, dishwasher; a living room with a comfortable sofa and TV; a further bathroom with shower. The outbuilding is located on the rear side of the main villa and is divided into two double rooms (one with sofa and the possibility of adding a third bed), two bathrooms with shower and two toilets. All bedroom and living rooms are provided with state-of-the-art air conditioning system, including dehumidifying and air purifying function. The special feature of the property is the garden: large and with plenty of trees and flowers, it is divided into different level and terraces, offering many outdoor activities for your relax, including a football goal, a ping-pong table, a pizza oven and barbeque where our guests can prepare tasteful meals.
