It is divided into two levels; downstairs there is a living room and a kitchen furnished with everything you might need to prepare meals at home; upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom provided with shower. The beautiful English lawn surrounds the property and offers an excellent area to relax in the open air or to eat outdoors, or you can have a swim in the large, shared pool (about 50 square metres). Amenities include satellite TV, central heating, air conditioning, large private car park. Within walking distance there is the beach, about 700 m away, and the town centre, about 500 m.
